Inaugural Flights

On May 04 and 06 respectively, the inaugural flights of Cronos Airlines Benin will take place on Niamey and Abidjan. These mark the official start of the company's activities with a frequency of three (03) weekly flights to Abidjan (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and two (02) flights to Niamey (Tuesday and Saturday) to begin with.

C.A.B, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USERS OF THE SITES AND ANY ADVERTISER OR SPONSOR OF THE SITE (“THIRD PARTY USERS”) AND CANNOT IN ANY WAY CAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OR COSTS RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM (I) THE ACTS, OMISSIONS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USER; AND (II) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY SOFTWARE, CONTENT OR SERVICES OF THE SITES OR OFFERED THROUGH ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO THE SITES.

Compensation

You agree to hold C.A.B, its affiliates and their directors, employees, agents, licensees or their respective successors and assigns harmless and to defend themselves against all claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, legal fees and disbursements resulting directly or indirectly from: (i) your violation of the Terms of Use; (ii) your browsing, use or inability to browse or use the Sites or any site to which the Sites are or may be linked from time to time; (iii) your use of, or reliance on, any postings, communications, distributions or downloads of any kind through the Sites; and/or (iv) your breach of applicable law or regulation.

Transactions with C.A.B.

In the event that you purchase travel services on the Sites, you must provide complete and accurate personal information. C.A.B, in its sole discretion, reserves the right at any time after receipt of your reservation, to accept or refuse it. You acknowledge that the price of travel services displayed on these Sites may change without notice and that travel services are offered subject to availability at the time of purchase.

C.A.B reserves the right to modify the prices of the travel services offered without notice in order to correct them, in particular following a computer error or erroneous data entry, and to refuse, correct or cancel a reservation or purchase of travel services at an incorrect price by a user of these Sites without any liability on his part.

Unless otherwise specified, your purchase of travel services on these Sites is governed by the terms and conditions of C.A.B set forth therein as well as by the applicable tariff of the air carrier providing the air service.

Private life

Cronos Airlines Benin's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is an integral part of these Terms of Use.

Trademarks

Cronos Airlines Benin is the trademark of Cronos Airlines Benin used under license by C.A.B. Other trademarks, names, words, titles, phrases,gos, designs, graphics, icons and displayed on the Sites may constitute trademarks, registered or not, of C.A.B or third parties or used under license by C.A.B. You are prohibited from using any trademark appearing on the Sites without the written authorization of Cronos Airlines Benin or the holder of the rights to this trademark.

Applicable laws

Your use of the Sites and the Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Benin, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby acknowledge that any dispute relating to your use of the Sites or the Terms of Use will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cotonou.

General

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and C.A.B and may not be assigned or transferred. Failure by C.A.B to exercise or seek the application of any right recognized by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The fact that one of the provisions of the Terms of Use is declared void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction does not affect the other provisions hereof. You acknowledge that C.A.B has no obligation to monitor the Sites or any content accessible on them. However, you acknowledge that C.A.B has the right to monitor the Sites electronically, in its sole discretion, in order to comply with any law or regulation.
